Recommended Dose

Adults: Consume two scoops (20 g) 1-2 times/day, Consume 1 serving (20g - 2 scoops) 45-90 minutes before exercising. Consume a second serving (20 g - 2 scoops) no later than 90 minutes after exercising. Mix product well in 1-2 cups (250-500 mL) of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take with food/meal.

It works by optimizing the muscles ability to convert food to energy. Because climbing utilizes mostly smaller muscles (forearms, shoulders etc. ) we tend to burn out very quickly and our sessions become less and less productive. Where should I store the product? 

We recommend you store the product in a cool, dry place. Most common is in a kitchen cabinet away from the stove. This will ensure freshness and reduce any moister that may get into the container. 

Why don't you use caffeine?

We don't use caffeine for a few reasons.

  • According to some studies, caffeine can cause heart problems during high intensity exercise, even in healthy individuals.
  • Caffeine is only a mind stimulant and does nothing to help the body and muscles create energy.
  • It only provides temporary energy in the form of a huge spike and a huge "crash" after the effects wear off.
  • Caffeine can create a "cloudy" mind and give you the "jitters", neither are good for a sport like climbing which requires you to problem solve and have a calm mind.
  • Caffeine dehydrates your body, which can lead to cramping and make you more susceptible to finger injuries.
  • It's cheap. Many other pre-workout manufactures use caffeine because it is the cheapest ingredient to add. Because it is a stimulant, it is used to make you think something is working. In reality though, the only thing that is working is the caffeine.

Will I gain weight using your product? 

This is a question we get asked a lot from different climbers. The biggest worry to most climbers is getting too "bulky" or too heavy and this prevents them from consuming supplements, in most cases you should be concerned about the products you are taking as they might include ingredients that will increase pump and "bulk" you up. Thats what they are designed for. Our product, on the other hand, is designed to keep you lean and fit. We have included ingredients that help burn fat, metabolize carbohydrates, and increase blood circulation to help you stay lean and reduce your excess weight or fat storage. Now that being said we use an ingredient called Creatine Monohydrate. If you have done a quick search you will see that some climbers have gained around 5 lbs of weight after consuming creatine monohydrate, but unless you dig deeper you wouldn't notice the dosage they are consuming it at. 

With creatine most people will go on a "loading Phase". This loading phase requires you to consume a whopping 20g of creatine monohydrate! The daily max according to Canadian standards is 5g! Consuming large amounts of creatine will cause you to gain a small amount of weight in a very short period of time, but if you consume it at a lesser amount (per serving of our climber pre-workout contains 2.5g of creatine monohydrate) you can reduce, if not negate, the possible weight gain. Many climbers have reported reducing the dosage of creatine consumption and noticing a spike in strength and power, without the negative effects of adding useless weight.

Now you may ask, why do we even bother using creatine monohydrate? We decided to use it because of it's abiliy to increase strength better than any product on the market. It works by increasing the capacity of the most powerful energy stage in our muscles, the creatine phosphate stage.

This increase in muscle capacity allows us to have more productive and powerful climbing sessions.
